How to Pay HOA Fees

The HOA fee in the amount of $175.00 is due on April 1, 2026. We are pleased to confirm that the annual fee remains unchanged for 2026.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

• Cheque or money order payable to Desrochers HOA, mailed to the address below.
• E-transfer sent to: paymentshoa@bridgegate.ca
